PG – Stands for Propylene Glycol, is a colorless liquid and nearly odorless but possesses a faintly sweet taste. It is deemed as GRAS(Generally recognized as safe) and used to indirect food additive which is approved by the FDA (United States Food and Drug Administrations). PG gives ‘throat hit’, a sensation similar to smoking tobacco. Therefore, a higher PG ratio e liquid is a better choice for user who switch to vaping from smoking.

VG – Stands for Vegetable Glycerin, a natural chemical, is no color and odorless with sweet-tasting and non-toxic, which is widely used in FDA approved wound and burn treatments. VG gives vapor and a smoother hit than PG. If you are in favor of massive vapor, an e juice with higher VG ratio is your choice.

Flavoring – is a food additive to improve the taste or smell. There are plenty of vape juice flavors in the market due to the various natural or artificial flavoring, including fruity flavor, dessert flavor, menthol flavor, and tobacco flavor etc.

Nicotine - is the chemical in tobacco, which is addictive. The nicotine used in e-liquid is synthetic, which can be freebase or nicotine salts. It works by heating the flavored tobacco placed on either a piece of perforated aluminum foil or a heat management device and smoking from the pipes after the vapor filtered through the water. It was invented in India in the 15th century and now popular in the Middle East, coming in many styles, size and shapes.

What the differences to dry cigarette or pipe tobacco, it is a wet tobacco that is soaked in a combination of glycerin, molasses or honey, and flavoring. Because it is slowly cooked rather than burned or combusted, this combination of ingredients allows the flavoring juices to soak into the tobacco leaves, providing robust flavors and allowing the tobacco to be smoked for a longer period of time than dry tobacco.
